The Black Floral Blouse from our Fleur De Neige Collection is made from printed cotton poplin. The sweet peter pan collar is trimmed with a small ruffle. The Blouse is button through the centre front, buttons are covered in self printed fabric. The sleeve hem finishes with an internal elastic for extra comfort.
