Shipping policy
We offer FREE shipping for orders $350 and over
We endeavour to send out all orders within 2 business days however, please note during new collection launches and sale periods there may be a delay in order processing times due to a high volume of orders.
All orders are shipped from either our Warehouse in Hong Kong or our Warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Deliveries:
We use DHL courier service for all orders leaving our Hong Kong warehouse. If you are not available at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, a DHL missed delivery card will be left in your post box notifying you that delivery has been attempted. You will then need to call the local DHL number listed on the card to organise re-delivery or pickup at the nearest DHL location.
We use Australia Post Express for all orders leaving our Melbourne warehouse.
Please note; Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Petite Amalie is not liable for any delays, damage or losses to your parcel. Any issues that may arise will need to be raised with the associated courier provider.
Customs and Duties:
Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties. Petite Amalie is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred.By placing an order with Petite Amalie you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
