A note on duties and taxes
Free shipping covers your courier costs only — it does not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country on delivery. These are set by your local government and are your responsibility to pay upon receipt. Please factor this in before placing your order.

US customers please note: Due to recent changes in US customs regulations, all parcels shipped from Hong Kong are now subject to import duties regardless of order value. We recommend checking the current US customs rates before ordering.

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of $350 AUD or over, worldwide. Orders below $350 AUD are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Processing times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. During new collection launches and sale periods, processing may take a little longer due to high order volumes.

Where we ship from
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong (via DHL) or our Melbourne warehouse (via Australia Post Express), depending on stock location.

Delivery
DHL (Hong Kong warehouse): If you're not home when delivery is attempted, DHL will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your nearest DHL location.

Australia Post Express (Melbourne warehouse): Tracking is provided and standard Australia Post delivery procedures apply.

Once your order has been dispatched, Petite Amalie is not liable for delays, damage, or losses caused by the courier. Any issues should be raised directly with DHL or Australia Post using your tracking number.

Customs, duties & taxes
Petite Amalie ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in your order total or shipping charge
These charges are levied by your country's customs authority and are your responsibility to pay upon delivery
The amount varies by country and order value — we recommend checking your local customs authority's website before ordering
We are unable to alter, refund, or be held responsible for duties and taxes incurred
