Refund policy

Petite Amalie is unable to offer returns on sale items unless faulty or wrongly described.

Returns must be sent back within 20 days of receiving the goods

Full priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 20 days of delivery date. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or have had labels removed will not be accepted. It is at Petite Amalie’s discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. The return of any damaged or soiled items will be at the expense of the customer or will be damaged out/destroyed by Petite Amalie. 

There are strictly no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final, and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been placed.
