Returns & Exchanges

Petite Amalie does not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Eligible returns will be issued as an exchange or store credit note only.

Full-priced items are eligible for an exchange or credit note if returned within 20 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached.

Styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, or have had labels removed will not be accepted. It is at Petite Amalie's discretion to determine if a returned item is soiled. If an item is determined to be soiled, it will not be accepted for exchange or store credit, and will be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of by Petite Amalie.

Sale Items

Petite Amalie is unable to offer returns, exchanges, or credit notes on sale items unless the item is faulty or was not as described. All sale purchases are final, and we are unable to make price adjustments once an order has been placed.
